       “参考汇率”常用“reference rate”来表达，不过，报道中的benchmark在特定语境下也可表达相同的含义，指央行制定的“基准汇率”。

       “Central parity rate”（汇率中间价）每天由中国人民银行（央行）对外公布，是该日人民币与其他货币交易的“benchmark”（基准价），“reference rate”（参考汇率）指的就是央行公布的这个比价。
